  2. Ingredients (Serves 4 to 6)
  3. 2 cups ground egusi (melon seeds)
  4. 500g assorted meat (beef, tripe, shaki, cow skin to kpomo)
  5. 1 cup stockfish (optional but authentic)
  6. 1 cup dried fish
  7. 1/2 cup palm oil
  8. 1 large onion
  9. 2 to 3 scotch bonnet peppers
